We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product at our facilities.
Crack HomZ reserves the right to deduct shipping costs in case of order cancellations that have already been dispatched, provided that the return is not due to a quality defect of the product.
Once your return has been approved, we offer the following options:
Same Payment Method: Receive the refund via the same method used for the original purchase (Bank Transfer or Crypto). Refunds usually reach your account within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the provider.
Store Credit: Receive a voucher for the refund amount with no expiration date. This can be used with any future offers on the website.
Exchange for another Product: You can choose to exchange for an equivalent or similar product. Contact us for more information.

We offer a guarantee of up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. For wholesalers and dropshipping, the return period is 15 calendar days. If a product has not met your expectations, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund.

Confirmation: Our team will respond within 10 calendar days with specific instructions on how to proceed.
Product Shipment: Once you receive instructions, send the products to the provided address.
Notification: You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt at [email protected] regarding defects or incorrect items.
Management: Crack HomZ will bear the full cost of the return and the reshipment of the correct product.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and unaltered, including the original sealing (except for defective items). Under consumer defense laws, you may not cancel a return if the product has been unsealed.
User Responsibility: The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt as proof of shipping. Crack HomZ is not responsible for losses or incidents caused by the carrier during the return process.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on opened or used vaporizers.
