Packages are wrapped in neutral carrier packaging (plastic bags or plain boxes).
The shipping label contains no mention of Crack HomZ or the specific contents.
Your privacy is our priority throughout the entire transit process.

2. Regional Shipping Details

RIPE NCC Region (Europe, Middle East, & Central Asia)

We offer a robust network across the RIPE NCC service area, with a focus on European efficiency.

Free Shipping: Orders over 25€ (Spain/Portugal) or 60€ (Rest of Europe).
Flat Rates: 4.92€ + VAT for Iberia; 8.18€ + VAT for other European zones.
Delivery Times: * France/Germany/Netherlands: 24–72 hours.
- Eastern Europe/Middle East: 2–5 business days depending on local customs.
Note: Cash on Delivery is exclusively available for Spain and Portugal.

ARIN Region (USA, Canada, & parts of the Caribbean)

LACNIC Region (Latin America & the Caribbean)

Service Coverage: We ship to all major LACNIC member countries.
Delivery Times: Due to varying postal infrastructures, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
Local Taxes: Please be aware that import duties in Latin American countries are the responsibility of the customer.

3. General Shipping Terms

Bank Transfers: Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation.
Delivery Attempts: One delivery attempt is included. If unsuccessful, the package may be moved to a local service point.
Address Accuracy: Please verify your address before confirming. Redirecting a package after dispatch incurs a 5€ (or equivalent local currency) surcharge.
High Demand Periods: During Black Friday, Christmas, or regional holidays (such as Easter or Thanksgiving), transport companies cannot guarantee standard windows. We recommend ordering in advance.

4. Delivery Methods

Crack HomZ offers both Home Delivery and Service Point Pick-up. If a selected service point becomes unavailable for reasons external to Crack HomZ, we will reroute the package to the nearest alternative and notify you immediately.
